We do not believe in volumes of documentation. True momentum is built in real time, with motivated individuals, all working to ensure that goals are reached by rapid continuous delivery, a series of iterations informed by reactions and priorities.
We focus on adapting quickly to changing realities. At the end of each iteration, the team re-evaluates project priorities and when priorities change, the team changes as well.
